The 18ft x 8ft Concession Trailer R101 is a fully stocked mobile kitchen designed for efficiency and convenience. Featuring an 8ft hood, it comes equipped with a chef base refrigerator, 12” burner, 12” electric fryer, and a 36” griddle for a variety of cooking needs. The sandwich prep table, single-door refrigerator, and single-door freezer ensure ample storage and prep space. The trailer also includes air conditioning, a generator compartment, and 2 TV menu screens for displaying menu options. With two propane tanks in secure cages, this model is prepared for high-volume food service.
